Throughout our 75-year history, we've never taken a break from delivering coolness to the world. Most know us for the Playmate cooler — aka "America's Lunchbox" — that we engineered in 1971. This cooler has such a distinct, innovative design that it's on display at the Smithsonian.

Over the decades, we've made many other innovations, including the plastic cooler in the '60s, the wheeled cooler (1994), and the hardside coolers made from plastic (2021). Through these advancements, Igloo became the brand for consumers who work hard and play harder. We're continuing to go ALL in on FUN, plus performance.

Our products are built to exceed the needs and increase the enjoyability of road-trippers. Made from discarded post-consumer plastic bottles, the materials are recycled, transformed, and woven into a performance fiber used in the exterior.

Our tried-and-true legacy insulation has 25% more foam (at 10mm) to keep contents colder for longer. Igloo branded corded zipper pulls provide an extremely smooth operation, and our products are leak resistant and easy to clean.
